Graduation So Close!!

| | Comments (4)
Hey readers, I hope everyone reading this is having a great summer like I am.  Lets see, I guess I should catch you all up with what's been going on lately.  Well, I finished my Spring semester off strong, so what a relief.  I was also blessed enough to be allowed to walk in this past graduation ceremony!  The Kelley School ceremony was amazing and I had a great time.  My WHOLE family came to visit from New York, and even some of my relatives from the "dirty south".  My older sister was able to make it with my two little nieces who know me as Uncle D.  It was nice seeing my family again for a few days, especially since I will be in Indianapolis for the rest of the summer.

Well, I'll update you all on how things are going now.  I am taking my capstone courses over the summer, so I will be an August 2009 graduate.  This is my first summer here in Indianapolis and away from home and I'm loving it!  There's so many conventions and events going on downtown every week.  That's good for me because I hate to be bored.  I will be posting some more summer updates and let the you know how my wild and crazy summer is looking.

Yours Truly,

Derrick "The Grad" Sullivan

Derrick, it's nice to hear that you are liking Indy so much in the summer. And congrats on graduating!!!! Your right, the Kelley ceremony was great!! I will also be an August Grad. Best of luck to you.

Congratulations. Based on your description, the Kelley commencement ceremony was exactly what it should be--a family celebration.

What are your plans once you've finished your capstone courses this August?

Derrick seems to be taking full advantage of what a true urban college campus has to offer. Sounds like he is getting the most from his time at Kelley and IUPUI>

How are you liking the Capstone class? Mary
